Terms of use

These terms cover this website, magicalwind.org, and the test builds of our games that we share with friends and testers. By using the site or a test build, you accept them. We kept them short.

They are an agreement between you and Bluehood Games ("we", "us"), which publishes this website and publishes and sells the MagicalWind games. MagicalWind is the studio brand they appear under. Details in the legal notice.

Using the website

The site is free to browse. Please don't try to break it, overload it, scan it for weaknesses, or use the contact form to send spam or anything you wouldn't want to receive yourself.

Our content

Our games, texts, art, logos, screenshots, music and videos belong to MagicalWind unless stated otherwise. The fonts belong to their authors and are used under the SIL Open Font License.

Journalists, writers and video creators are welcome to use the material in the press kit to write about or show our games, with a credit to MagicalWind. For anything else, ask us first.

Test builds

Now and then we share test builds of our games with friends and testers. The test builds are provided by Bluehood Games. They are not published on this website. A test build is:

• unfinished. It can crash, behave strangely, change a lot from one version to the next, or lose your progress. Saves may not carry over to later builds.
• provided as is, without any warranty: we don't promise that it works on your computer or that it will keep working.
• for you to test. Please don't sell it, re-upload it or pass it around without asking us first.
• without guaranteed support. We read every report, but we can't promise an answer or a fix by a given date.

Feedback

Feedback is the reason test builds exist, so thank you. When you send us ideas, bug reports or translation fixes, you let us use them to improve our games, without any obligation or payment on either side.

Responsibility

We try hard to keep the site accurate and the builds safe, but we're a small team and mistakes happen. As far as the law allows, Bluehood Games is not responsible for damage caused by using the site or a test build, such as lost data or lost game progress. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date below shows the last change, and anything important will also be in the news.
